[Remote] Associate Consultant, Flywheel Services
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cobot is a company focused on transforming organizations through robotics and automation. They are seeking an Associate Consultant to support consulting engagements with a strong emphasis on data analysis, modeling, and execution.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist in gathering data by interviewing clients to understand data availability, structure, and formatting
ā¢ Identify gaps or inconsistencies in datasets and coordinate requests for additional data as needed
ā¢ Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to ensure data integrity and readiness for modeling
ā¢ Design, build, and maintain data models to support active Flywheel client engagements
ā¢ Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar platforms to analyze and visualize data
ā¢ Support the development of standardized models, tools, and resources to improve how Flywheel performs data analysis and modeling across engagements
ā¢ Develop clear documentation for models, assumptions, and methodologies
ā¢ Assist in training internal team members or client stakeholders on how to interpret and use analytical outputs
ā¢ Prepare presentations, charts, and summaries that translate technical analysis into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
ā¢ Support project leads during client meetings by providing analytical context and answering data-related questions
ā¢ Support the analysis of client processes across physical, digital, operational, and data layers to identify use cases for robotic automation and AI-driven efficiencies
ā¢ Support the development of strategic roadmaps for client robotics transformation aligned with business goals
ā¢ Contribute to internal initiatives that improve delivery quality, repeatability, and efficiency
ā¢ Share insights and learnings informally with the team based on project experience
ā¢ Support business development efforts by assisting leadership and sales teams with data analysis, proposal inputs, and responses to client requests
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related field
ā¢ Minimum of 2-3 years of professional work experience in data analysis, analytics, or professional services consulting roles
ā¢ Foundational experience with data analysis and modeling
ā¢ Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ability to execute defined tasks independently while knowing when to ask for guidance
ā¢ Experience in customer-facing consulting roles (internal or external) with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical challenges
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
ā¢ Willing to travel at least 40% time
ā¢ Must have and maintain US citizenship or permanent residency
ā¢ Exposure to supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, robotics, or automation environments
ā¢ Coursework or hands-on experience in statistics, operations research, or systems analysis
ā¢ Demonstrated interest in consulting and robotics/automation
