[Remote] Associate Account Manager, Campaigns

The Associate Account Manager, Campaigns will support the client services team in executing digital media campaigns that drive political and civic engagement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAssist department staff in executing client campaign objectives, ensuring smooth delivery of servicesServe as the supporting communication liaison between external partners and internal production teamsCoordinate and organize the delivery and receipt of creative assets from partner agenciesLeverage our internal work management software to keep internal teams organized and projects on trackMonitor daily campaign performance, identify trends, and communicate insights to the teamAct as the final point of quality control (QC) to ensure all deliverables are accurate and meet high standardsAssist with department administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, note-taking, invoicing, financial tracking, and preparing contact reportsLimited C-suite administrative support as requiredSkills1–2 years of experience in a client-facing position (internships included); prior experience in advertising or an agency environment is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite apps (Sheets, Docs, Forms)Strong interest in emerging media, communication strategies, and progressive politicsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneouslyExceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience of equal value to the companyProficiency in design software (Photoshop, Canva, etc) not a requirement, but a plusBenefitsComprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.Company OverviewYosemite Consulting provides market research, strategy planning, and media buying services.
