Key Responsibilities

Support in the creation, scheduling, and publication of engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and implement creative concepts for reels, stories, and posts.
Marketing Contributions:
Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Collaborate in crafting marketing strategies to spotlight events and seasonal offerings.
Ensure our website content is reflective of our brand and updated regularly.
Graphic Design Support:
Create compelling visuals for social media, email campaigns, and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency.
Content Development:
Capture and edit photographs and videos showcasing our products, events, and café atmosphere.
Work in tandem with the Creative Director to bring ideas to life in a visually appealing manner.
Administrative Management:
Organize and maintain calendars for content planning and deadlines.
Streamline project files and materials to enhance workflow efficiency.
Brand Engagement:
Monitor industry trends and social media best practices.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas for customer engagement and storytelling.
Required Skills
Proficiency in managing or assisting with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp and website management platforms like Squarespace or Shopify.
Basic graphic design capabilities with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong photography and videography skills, including editing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications
