Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and editing of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets, utilizing Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet project objectives.
Collaborate in the planning, building, and execution of email campaigns using HubSpot.
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to drive improvements in engagement.
Work in tandem with sales teams to identify their needs and create corresponding marketing materials.
Maintain effective communication between the marketing and sales departments.
Use Salesforce for managing and tracking marketing leads and customer data.
Organize and preserve marketing files within cloud storage solutions like Dropbox.
Assist in tracking digital campaigns through Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Support the creation of reports to evaluate campaign success and recommend enhancements.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is beneficial.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adhere to deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox is an advantage.
