What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide navigational assistance to autonomous vehicles in complex driving scenarios
- Collaborate with AVs to optimize driving paths while considering traffic conditions
- Monitor AV behavior and intervene as necessary to prioritize safety
- Maintain effective communication with AVs for seamless cooperation
- Adapt to dynamic road conditions and swiftly address unexpected challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- 2 years of customer service experience with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Valid driver's license with three years of driving experience and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background, drug, and employment checks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in human-machine interaction or related fields
- Familiarity with safety compliance regulations and certifications
- Strong multitasking ability in dynamic situations
- Adaptability to new technologies and processes
- Willingness to maintain safety compliance certifications
