[Remote] Assess Repair (Total Loss) Adjuster - Remote (MST/PST)

They are seeking an Assess Repair (Total Loss) Adjuster to provide superior customer service by virtually inspecting vehicle damage, writing repair estimates, and negotiating settlements with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Providing a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repaired Virtually inspects damage to a vehicle Writes damage repair estimates Completes total loss valuations Negotiates moderately complex and occasionally complex settlements with repair facilities, tow yards, customers Estimates repair times for rental/loss of use Explaining coverage, estimates, claims, settlement, and rental processes to agents and/or customers Skills As a condition of employment, you'll be expected to obtain an adjuster's and appraisers license based on state specific requirements All required licenses must be obtained within 60 days of hire You must maintain all licensing required for your role.
