The Art Director will execute high-quality creative work across various mediums while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure branding and creative needs are met.ResponsibilitiesExecute high-quality creative work across multiple tactic types that are aligned to the creative brief, established branding and guidanceManage workload and timelines, multiple projects and daily responsibilitiesPartner with Copywriters/Sr. Copywriters to ensure creative needs of brands are metLead creative presentations to internal team membersParticipate in discussions with freelancers, internal cross-functional team members and partnersBegin to integrate strategic thinking into creative workTriage layout designs and enhance creative where appropriateBring unique and elevated designs, but also guide the work creatively and strategically along the waySkillsStrong design skillsBachelor's Degree (or higher) in Advertising, Art, Graphic Design or related fieldProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch is a must; Workfront is a mustUnderstanding of Microsoft Office Suite and related programs1+ years of experience in an advertising or direct marketing agency, ideally pharmaceutical experience as wellStrong portfolio showcasing strong design work across multiple mediumsAbility to manage multiple projects and self-prioritizeComfort in helping to make executional changesExcellent attention to detailSolid presentation skillsUnderstanding of creative development process, especially for digitalCuriosity and a hunger to continuously develop and learnBenefitsMedicalDental401(k)Tuition reimbursementFlexible time offCompany OverviewInizio Evoke is a healthcare marketing, communications, and transformation platform for growth through data-driven insight.
