They are seeking highly self-motivated Appointment Setters to originate off-market acquisition targets through cold calling business owners and to schedule qualified acquisition discussions with the Principal. Responsibilities Cold call business owners to originate off-market acquisition opportunities Work skip-traced owner lists and maintain disciplined outbound activity Qualify owners based on business size and motivation to sell Schedule acquisition discussions directly on leadership calendars Follow up with owners to advance conversations Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes Skills Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or deal origination Thick skin and consistency with high volume outbound calling Clear communication skills and professional phone presence Strong organization and CRM discipline Company Overview The Theofilis Group (“TTG”) is a family-owned, private holding company that makes long-term investments in companies across a range of industries where we see value and growth.
