What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field, and 3+ years of applicable work experience in analytics, data management, or related roles; ideally with project coordination and process improvement responsibilities.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple tasks concurrently with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships across diverse teams and divisions.
