[Remote] Analyst, HR Business Partner

They are seeking an Analyst, HR Business Partner to assist with HR operations, support workforce planning, and generate HR reports while collaborating with various departments. Responsibilities • Assist with onboarding and benefits enrollment, and manage FMLA/leave paperwork, I‑9s, background checks, and unemployment claims. • Serve as primary HR point of contact: triage inbox, employee HRIS support, report/audit prep • Maintain accurate HRIS data and support continuous process documentation updates. • Support HRBP teams by coordinating workforce planning and organizational design documentation with leaders across departments. • Assist HRBPs in facilitating performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and recognition initiatives. • Shadow and support investigations and employee relations processes, partnering with legal and/or compliance when necessary. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring needs and candidate experience. • Assist in generating basic HR reports and dashboards; help analyze trends and provide insights to HRBPs. • Help maintain HR documentation for audit readiness and compliance with internal and external requirements.
