[Remote] Analyst, Front End Systems

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. The Front-End Systems Analyst will be responsible for reviewing payer and regulatory updates, implementing necessary changes within technology systems, and ensuring compliance with payer portals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities • Monitor, analyze, and action on relevant payer updates and regulatory changes • Assess the implications of system updates on existing master files and operational workflows to create action items for implementing necessary changes effectively • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to determine necessary changes and support accurate implementation • Maintain master files in systems such as Real Time Eligibility, Real Time Authorization, eMPA, Contact Center platforms, and Health Information Systems like Epic, Cerner, etc • Ensure timely and accurate integration of updates to maintain compliance with payer portals and regulatory standards for end-user application • Capture updated processes and maintain records tracking system changes for audit and compliance purposes • Participate in cross-functional initiatives through iterative meetings to communicate update status and collaborate on solutions with all parts of revenue cycle • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline update processes and enhance system performance across the Front-End Operations • Manage and monitor the Insurance Plan Change report to plan and implement any necessary changes within the client host system and/or our vendor for patient financial solutions Skills • Legally Required License / Certification (Ex: MD, RN, LPN, etc.) ONE CERTIFICATION PER FIELD • Ensemble Required License / Certification (Ex: CRCR) ONE CERTIFICATION PER FIELD CRCR - Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Or other approved job relevant certification • Job Experience - Experience 3 to 5 Years • Education - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Information Systems • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in Patient Access or Revenue Cycle Management • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Managed Care contracting • Familiarity with Health Information Systems, especially Epic, and understanding of system interfaces • Ability to interpret payer and regulatory updates and assess their impact on system configurations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment • Proficiency in documenting processes and maintaining compliance records Benefits • Healthcare • Time off • Retirement • Well-being programs • Professional certification • Tuition reimbursement • Quarterly and annual incentive programs Company Overview • Ensemble Health Partners is the leading revenue cycle management company for hospitals, health systems and physician practices.
