[Remote] Analyst Corporate Development and Private Investments

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clyvra is seeking an Analyst for Corporate Development and Private Investments. The Analyst will assist in M&A, strategic growth, and private investment activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as supporting strategic initiatives for expansion. Responsibilities Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses (LBO models, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions analysis), and sensitivity scenarios Assist in due diligence work streams, including industry research, market sizing, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and coordination with third-party advisors Prepare executive and investment committee materials, internal memos, and presentation decks Assist in negotiation of term sheets, transaction documents, and closing processes Skills Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business preferred High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Ability to review financial statements, create financial models, and develop financial analysis Build and maintain complex financial models Effective communication skills, including both written and verbal Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and timelines Ability to work irregular or extended hours Company Overview Clyvra is a creative studio that merges design, innovation, and digital craftsmanship to help brands express their identity with confidence.
