The Analyst, PBM RFP Management, supports clients in evaluating and selecting pharmacy benefit managers by assisting in data collection, competitive bid analyses, and preparing client deliverables.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of PBM RFP projects from initiation through vendor evaluation and client reportingCollect, clean, and validate data inputs from clients and vendorsUse internal tools and templates to assist in running and managing competitive PBM bidsAnalyze PBM pricing, guarantees, and proposal responses to identify key cost and performance differencesPrepare charts, reports, and presentations that summarize analytical findings for client meetingsMaintain accurate project documentation and workflows in project management systemsCollaborate with Senior Analysts and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverablesContribute feedback on process improvements and tool enhancementsCommunicating with external clients on projectsSkills1–5 years of experience in analytics, healthcare consulting, benefits administration, or a related field (internships or academic experience acceptable)Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related fieldCompany OverviewTruveris is a technology company driving transparency, access and lower costs across the prescription drug ecosystem.
