Key Responsibilities:
Lead independent oversight of enterprise-wide models, focusing on Gen AI (Large Language Models) and AI-based models for marketing, credit, fraud, or other business/risk types
Conduct gap assessments and establish a robust framework to strengthen model risk controls and meet enhanced regulatory requirements
Direct AI/ML research to explore exceptional opportunities to elevate model excellence and drive business impact
Communicate results to partners, senior leadership, and various model boards
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in Large Language Models or large data workstreams
MBA, Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields from a top-tier institution
Practical experience in model development or validation, with strong analytical and project management skills
Proficiency in at least one data manipulation tool, such as Python, R, or Java
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
