As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our Global Customer Services (GCS) team, which is dedicated to providing world-class support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, to effectively address customer needs and provide personalized solutions
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales and product teams, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Utilizing various tools and systems to analyze customer data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions
Participating in ongoing training and development programs, to enhance your skills and knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
3-5 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
A strong analytical foundation, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and HIVE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively
