Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Fluency in English and German (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems (Saber/Qik)
Ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends and holidays
