About The Role:
This is a full-time remote contractor position where you will take ownership of the complete Amazon listing lifecycle from turning sourcing information into structured listing briefs, to coordinating design and A+ content, to quality-checking everything before launch. We AI tools to generate first-draft listing content, so your role will focus on refining, optimizing, structuring, and managing the coordination process not writing from scratch every time
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Creation & Optimization
Write and optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywordsEnsure strategic keyword placement and benefit-driven copyOptimize listings for conversion across multiple marketplaces
Design & Content Coordination
Create image briefs, packaging briefs, and main image briefs for designersCoordinate A+ Content creation (briefing, revisions, approvals)Manage revision cycles between design output and internal feedbackSupport hero image split test coordination
Quality Control & Backend Management
Perform final QC checks before publish (ASIN, SKU, FNSKU, pricing, images, A+ content)Handle backend settings in Seller Central:Tax codesBattery flagsBrowse nodesVariation setupMiscellaneous backend fields
Project & Asset Management
Organize product assets in Google DriveTrack listing subtasks in ClickUpFollow up on outstanding tasks to ensure on-time launchesCoordinate listing localization for EU marketplaces (translations + keyword research)
Requirements
1–2 years of experience with Amazon listing creation, optimization, or catalog managementHands-on experience writing Amazon titles, bullet points, and backend keywordsStrong understanding of what makes a listing convert (SEO, keyword placement, image sequencing, benefit-driven copy)Experience with A+ Content / Enhanced Brand ContentFamiliarity with Amazon Seller Central (listing setup, backend fields, variation management)Strong attention to detail (you will manage listings across 5+ marketplaces)Clear and professional written communication skillsAbility to clearly explain a listing or catalog project you worked on:What it was beforeWhat changes you madeHow performance improved
Preferred Qualifications

Timing & Compensation
Full-time (Remote)Must be available for Monday team meeting at 1:00 PM Central Time (7:00 PM UTC)Flexible working hours outside of the required meetingCompensation: $800–$1,200 USD per month, depending on experience Performance bonus tied to listing completion rate and on-time launches
