Job Summary:
We're looking for a talented and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Program Manager, Customer Service, you will be responsible for driving high-visibility programs that directly impact the customer experience globally. You will possess and execute complex projects and programs, and will be viewed as a thought leader and innovator within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope and deliver complex, business-critical projects from start to finish, driving and shaping the overall program's strategy and roadmap
Define business and systems requirements, working with internal and external stakeholders
Define and execute project plans, securing resources, and managing execution
Clearly communicate objectives, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes
Liaise with all departments, including technical teams, to ensure significant areas are participated in to foster expectations within their area to support project expectations
Support partner teams to refine processes and increase efficiency in line with program goals
Engage with stakeholders across various geographies and time zones
Make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market in consultation with stakeholders
Manage multiple internal and external, cross-functional, and remote stakeholders
Develop change management processes related to program rollout and ongoing support
Track delivery against program targets and implement recommendations to improve program services and efficiencies
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
3+ years of team management experience
3+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience making, analyzing, and delivering results to senior leadership
