Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to Amazon customers via phone, email, and web, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
Manage inbound and outbound calls, utilizing software tools to navigate customer accounts and communicate effective solutions
Proactively identify solutions to customer inquiries, taking a hands-on approach to resolving issues from start to finish
Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide clinical advisement when necessary
Deliver best-in-class service experiences, working in a fast-paced environment to maximize customer relationships
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
Hardwired broadband internet connection with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
Ability to change schedule frequently (every 3 weeks) with a two-week advance notice
Ability to work in a private, distraction-free home environment with full attention to customers during work hours
