[Remote] alent Coordinator (UGC & Video Production)

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RejuvaCare is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join their Creative Department. This role involves finding and managing actors and UGC creators to ensure a smooth workflow for various creative projects, acting as a liaison between teams and ensuring timely deliveries and quality standards. Responsibilities Continuously search for new actors and UGC creators on Fiverr, Upwork, Backstage, X, TikTok, Instagram, etc Build and maintain an updated Talent Roster with availability, rates, languages, and past performance Evaluate demo reels, portfolios, sample videos, accents, and suitability for RejuvaCare’s products Contact actors, negotiate rates, lock in deadlines, and handle all communication Send scripts, shot lists, briefs, B-Roll guides, and required instructions Ensure actors deliver footage on time and according to technical specs Follow up with creators if content needs revisions or reshoots Coordinate all actor-related tasks using Asana Organize and store footage correctly in bolthires Drive Oversee upload pipelines and approvals in Frame.io Maintain internal communication with teams through Slack Review raw footage for basic quality standards: Resolution, Framing, Audio clarity, Lighting, Performance delivery Communicate technical adjustments to actors when needed Help organize casting lists for specific campaigns Assist the Creative Strategists in matching actors to the right product/avatar Provide availability and ETA reports for ongoing productions Skills High-level English (conversational + written) — daily communication with actors Excellent communication and organization skills Experience coordinating people (talent, freelancers, creators, clients, or similar) Ability to understand and explain basic video requirements (lighting, audio, framing) Comfortable with: Asana, bolthires Drive, Frame.io, Slack Strong attention to detail and follow-up capacity Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines Previous experience in video production Casting coordination UGC content pipelines Influencer or creator management Awareness of Meta/TikTok ad trends Understanding of UGC-style filming and briefs Speed of actor sourcing for new roles On-time actor deliveries Quality of footage delivered Accuracy of communication and coordination Actor roster growth per month Company Overview We are a multi-8 figure direct-to-consumer health e-commerce company, scaling rapidly toward 9 figures.It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in Claymont, Delaware, US, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
