Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the configuration and maintenance status of aircraft, engines, and components, ensuring compliance with FAA and OEM requirements. You will work closely with various teams, including Maintenance Operations, Engineering, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the airworthiness of aircraft and related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and review maintenance transactions and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Manage component and task-related configuration of active aircraft and develop internal guidelines for ongoing maintenance items
Implement Staff controls and procedures on active aircraft to meet OEM and FAA requirements
Maintain daily maintenance tracking of active aircraft components, including shop maintenance, part changes, and support tasks
Collaborate with Tech Operations partner offices on projects and initiatives, including Maintenance Projects, Engineering, and Support Planning
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
Preferred: Associate's degree or higher in a technical or aviation-related field
Relevant experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field
Experience with aircraft maintenance systems, such as SAP, MXI, Trax, Maintenix, FlightDocs, or Traxxall
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
