They are seeking Professional Graphic and Visual Designers to evaluate AI-generated designs, ensuring they meet professional standards in readability and structural integrity.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate two candidate designs on the same topic and determine which better meets professional standardsJudge candidates based on specific design dimensions, including readability, text density, information hierarchy, and overall professionalismReview 'before and after' style tasks to determine which AI output better satisfied a specific design edit or change requestTake part in new, narrow tasks aimed at refining how AI handles concise visual communicationSkillsProfessional design credentials: You must have a formal education in Graphic/Visual Design plus at least 1 year of professional experience OR 5+ years of high-level experience working with professional clientsTechnical literacy: You must be familiar with the industry-standard stack (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
