[Remote] AI Technical Director

The Director of AI Technologies will oversee the execution of the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives while leading a small team to deliver production-ready AI solutions. Responsibilities • AI Roadmap Execution: Lead and manage the technical delivery of FT’s AI roadmap, ensuring full alignment with business objectives • Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into AI technical roadmaps, models and agent capabilities for AI/ML development • Success Criteria: Set and track measurable success criteria (e.g., accuracy, ROI, latency targets) for AI initiatives • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of AI solutions • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with NIST and SOC-2 frameworks, maintaining high standards for data security and privacy • Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example, balancing innovation with production readiness and driving projects from concept to deployment Skills • 3+ years as a Project Manager leading AI/ML product or AI technical initiatives • Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Machine Learning and agentic AI frameworks • Proven ability to balance cutting-edge AI innovation with production readiness and operational reliability • Excellent data-driven decision-making and communication skills • Experience ensuring AI/ML solutions meet NIST and SOC-2 compliance standards • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, or a related field • Excellent Team leadership, project management, and strategic planning abilities • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment • Relevant certifications in AI/ML or project management • AWS AI technical delivery experience Company Overview • fullthrottle.ai® is the AdTech Easy button.
