[Remote] AI Operations Business Analyst

Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders across GTM and internal teams to gather and document business requirements for automation and AI projects Translate those requirements into actionable technical plans for the Automation Specialist, Data Engineers, and Full Stack Engineers Collaborate on the design and logic of AI workflows, including assistant configurations and operational use cases Manage project timelines and communication across teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment Conduct testing and validation to confirm automations meet requirements and deliver expected outcomes Support rollout and communication planning to drive adoption of new automations and tools Partner with the Manager of AI Operations to prioritize requests and maintain visibility into active and upcoming projects Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field Enjoys solving operational challenges and translating complex needs into structured solutions Interested in how AI tools and automation can simplify work and improve efficiency Comfortable working between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment Strong at managing multiple initiatives and keeping stakeholders informed and accountable Diligent about validating functionality, usability, and business alignment before launch Excited to learn, iterate, and grow in a fast-moving environment Company Overview Commerce (Nasdaq: CMRC) empowers businesses to innovate, grow, and thrive through an open, AI-driven commerce ecosystem.
