Responsibilities
• As a LLM Model Developer, resource will be responsible for fine-tuning Large Language Models with an emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to enhance model relevance and performance in specific contexts
• You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert
• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems
• Expert proficiency in Python (Programming Language) is required
• Advanced proficiency in AI Agents is recommended
• Additionally, advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL and Large Language Models (LLMs) is suggested

Skills
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Minimum 1 year of python experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Expert proficiency in Python (Programming Language)
• Advanced proficiency in AI Agents
• Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL
• Advanced proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs)
