Remote Aetna Data Analyst - $30-$40/Hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Data Analyst to join our team at Aetna, working remotely and earning a competitive salary of $30-$40 per hour. Pay Range: The average pay range for this position is $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other applicable factors. This role is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, fee, or short-term incentive program.
Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience with SQL database programming
2-3 years of experience working with visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI
2-3 years of analytics experience working with large datasets

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with identifying and tracking Social Determinants of Health
Deep understanding of using demographic data, including race/ethnicity, language, gender, and urban/rural status to identify disparities and track improvements over time
Knowledge of and experience with large healthcare datasets based on administrative claims data as well as other data sources

Required Education: BS in math, statistics, or equivalent experience.
