We are looking for a skilled and motivated Remote Administrative Data Specialist to join our team and help us manage and analyze our company’s data.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our databases, performing data entry and ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and assisting with data-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills, and a passion for working with data.Responsibilities:- Maintain and update company databases, including inputting new data, organizing existing data, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of information- Perform data analysis and generate reports to assist with decision-making processes- Collaborate with different departments to identify and understand their data needs- Assist in the development and implementation of data-related projects- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data in accordance with company policies- Proactively identify and troubleshoot data-related issues- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline data management processesQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred- 2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or management- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion- Previous experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus but not required- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, remote environmentWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications- Flexible and remote work schedule- Opportunities for growth and professional development- Positive and collaborative work environment- Chance to be a part of a rapidly growing company and make an impact in the dental industry
