Remote Admin Sales & Marketing Support
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Sales & Marketing Support professional to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled in various administrative tasks, with a strong ability to support ongoing projects for our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities...
Ā Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and sales teams.
Ā Build marketing assets in Canva, Miro and on other data-visualization platforms.
Ā Onboarding new Retailer accounts, which requires strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ā Building Sales and Performance Reports in Excel and Canva, using data organization and visualization best practices.
Ā Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller platforms
Ā Handle requests and queries in a timely and appropriate manner.
Ā Prepare and distribute communications, memos, emails, and other documents as needed.
Ā Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Ā Performing online research and organizing findings.
Ā Book meeting rooms and coordinate virtual meetings.
Ā Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Ā Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Ā Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ā Graphic Design: Proficient in Canva for light graphic design work (samples of Canva projects required).
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive.
Ā Experience with project management tools, particularly Asana and Trello.
Ā Strong grammar and punctuation skills, with the ability to draft professional communications.
Ā Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ā Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Previous experience in a similar role or providing administrative support to sales teams.
Ā Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools like Zoom and Slack.
Ā Strong attendance record and commitment to consistency in a remote environment.
Requirements:
Ā Previous experience in administrative, project support, or sales team support roles.
Ā Intermediate to advance proficiency with spreadsheets.
Ā Ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with a remote team.
Ā Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Ā Must be available during business hours starting at 7AM Arizona time zone.
