Remote Adjunct Professor - California School of Education

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering the next generation of educators, counselors, and leaders.

What You'll Do:
Develop and deliver engaging online and distributed learning course content.
Create and curate relevant course syllabi and learning materials.
Assess and provide constructive feedback to students.
Mentor and advise students in their academic pursuits.
Maintain regular office hours and engage with students.
Provide research and scholarship guidance, including supervision of theses, projects, and dissertations.
Collaborate with university colleagues to support student success and departmental goals.
What You'll Bring:
A Master's, Doctoral, or other terminal degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated experience and expertise in your area of specialization.
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Teacher Education Credential, PPS Credential, Clinical PsyD/Counseling License, BCBA) are highly desirable.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Cultural competence and the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
A results-oriented and highly motivated approach.
Ability to exercise discretion, tact, and maintain confidentiality.
Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote position with flexible hours (TBD). You will be an integral part of our team, interacting with students, colleagues, and external partners.
Compensation: Starting hourly rate is $38.
