They are seeking an Adjunct Biology instructor to teach courses and maintain professional relationships with students and colleagues while ensuring a safe learning environment. Responsibilities • Make continuous efforts to advance the quality of instruction. • Develop and use a variety of teaching methods and materials to assist students who have differing educational and experiential backgrounds in meeting the course outcomes. • Maintain appropriate professional relationships with students, colleagues and the community. • Maintain safe and secure laboratories with an emphasis in safety in all laboratory courses taught. • Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies, specimens, and equipment. • Perform other related duties within the department as assigned.
