REMOTE Acumatica QA EngineerDuration: 12+Months Please send the resume to JOB DESCRIPTION: Acumatica QA Engineer We are seeking a skilled Acumatica QA Engineer to support ongoing testing, quality assurance, and validation of our Acumatica ERP customizations, integrations, workflows, and releases. This contract position is ideal for someone experienced in ERP testing especially Acumatica who can perform both manual functional testing and automated testing using frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and end-users to ensure the system delivers accurate functionality, stable releases, and a consistent user experience. Responsibilities • Develop and execute manual test cases for Acumatica modules, customizations, dashboards, Generic Inquiries, and workflows. • Validate system changes, enhancements, bug fixes, and integrations across Finance, Distribution, CRM, or other modules. • Build and maintain automated regression tests using Selenium and/or Cypress. • Perform end-to-end testing of Acumatica integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and external systems. • Test Acumatica reports (RPX), GIs, security roles/permissions, and mobile features. • Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes. • Perform smoke tests, regression tests, data validation, and UAT support. • Document defects clearly and track them to closure using Jira (or your issue tracking tool). • Support upgrades, patches, and release cycle validation. • Contribute to QA standards, automated test coverage planning, and process improvements. Required Qualifications • 2 5+ years of QA experience with ERP or business systems. • Hands-on experience testing Acumatica ERP (customizations, workflows, GIs, integrations). • Strong knowledge of manual functional QA, regression, and end-to-end testing. • Experience building automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks. • Ability to write detailed test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports. • Experience validating API integrations or using API test tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.). • Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices. • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in complex ERP workflows. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Acumatica modules such as AR/AP, GL, Inventory, Sales Orders, Purchasing, or Manufacturing. • Familiarity with SQL (querying databases for validation). • Experience with CI/CD automation for test execution. • Experience with automation in an ERP environment (Acumatica, NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, etc.). • QA certifications or Acumatica certifications (nice to have).
