Key Responsibilities
Ā Deliver engaging academic and test-preparation instruction across the Chicagoland area.
Ā Foster supportive relationships with students while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Ā Manage your calendar effectively using Microsoft Outlook.
Ā Communicate promptly with administrators, students, and parents.
Ā Exhibit classroom management skills and uphold professionalism in both in-person and remote teaching environments.
Ā Participate in mandatory training and ongoing professional development sessions.
Required Skills
Ā Proficiency in English, math, reading, and science.
Ā Strong communication abilities to build positive student relationships.
Ā Competence in maintaining an accurate calendar and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Ā A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Ā A proven commitment to diversity, inclusion, and promoting educational equity.
Ā A genuine passion for fostering student success.
Ā Capability to teach all subjects covered on the ACT.
Ā Availability to dedicate at least 10 hours per week for instruction.

Ā Competitive compensation starting at (30/hour for 1-on-1 tutoring and )47/hour for classroom teaching, with opportunities for performance-based increases every six months.
Ā Tutoring at our Winnetka office offers a starting rate of $45/hour.
Ā Flexibility to create a schedule that meets both your needs and those of our students.
Ā Comprehensive training programs with stipends to support your learning and development.
Ā Travel reimbursement available for school programs that require commuting over 30 minutes or more than 15 miles.
