Key Responsibilities:
Β Outreach and Engagement
Β Conduct targeted outreach to mobile home parks using online search strategies (e.g., Google).
Β Build relationships with park representatives by following a provided script and adapting your communication to the parkΒs unique needs.
Β Maintain a professional and persuasive demeanor during all interactions.
Β Thorough Documentation
Β Accurately record critical details for each contact, including park name, address, phone number, contact name, and a summary of the conversation.
Β Submit daily reports to management, ensuring they include the required documentation and your shift start and end times.
Β Time Management Excellence
Β Work in structured intervals (20 minutes on, 10 minutes off) to maintain peak productivity throughout your shift.
Β Collaboration with Management
Β Share insights and updates from your outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
