[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist I (Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant) - Remote

Fortrea is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist I to support their department in maintaining efficient operations and driving key administrative processes. This fully remote role involves preparing reports, completing credentialing applications, and managing communications between leadership.
Responsibilities
⢠Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
⢠Complete credentialing applications for various payors with high accuracy
⢠Coordinate document signatures and communications between Directors and VP
⢠Manage inter-office mail, scanning, and handling of confidential documents
⢠Support department projects and assist with denial resolution and inventory tracking
⢠Use Adobe Pro and internal portals for document and data management
Skills
⢠Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree and minimum 3 years relevant work experience required OR 5 years relevant work experience required if no degree (with High School Diploma requirements)
⢠Prior experience supporting credentialing or healthcare administration strongly preferred
⢠Knowledge of internal LabCorp billing system strongly preferred
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe Pro, and online portals strongly preferred
⢠Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills strongly preferred
⢠Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines strongly preferred
