Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, including authorized and unauthorized deductions, to ensure prompt resolution and minimize financial losses.
Coordinate with the collections department to resolve outstanding payments and develop customer payment plans.
Prepare and maintain reports, including monthly summaries of receivables, to provide insights and support business decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and protect organizational value by handling sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements and Qualifications:
