About the Role You will use your excellent communication and computer skills to assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues. As an Accounting Services Associate, you will be responsible for: • Performing or managing a range of accounting services in various functions which may include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cost accounting, tax accounting, and cash management accounting. • Analyzing and preparing statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports. • Maintaining accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports. • Providing accounting guidance related to proposed transactions to ensure conformity with local country Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, International Financial Reporting Standards, and company policies and procedures. • Escalating documents requiring attention to be completed. Requirements To be successful in this role you will: • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship • Have excellent computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test • Understand the of basic accounting principles • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting services Working with us Join a rapidly growing organization that can support your career goals. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
