[Remote] Accounting Manager | Fully Remote USA
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ladders is a leader in the Business Services space, seeking an Accounting Manager to provide financial insight and discipline. In this role, you will oversee key reporting, forecasts, and analyses to inform strategic decisions while ensuring compliance with GAAP. Responsibilities • Oversee month-end close and ensure GAAP compliance • Review sales orders for accurate revenue recognition • Deliver insightful trial balance analysis and monthly reporting • Manage global tax compliance including VAT and regulatory filings • Guide teammates on technical accounting queries and review their work • Collaborate with FP A on timely financial reports and variance analysis • Drive process improvements for scalable operations Skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 7+ years accounting experience, both industry and public accounting • 2+ years in public accounting; Big Four experience is a huge plus • Active CPA strongly preferred • Hands-on operational accounting experience with ambiguity navigation • Familiarity with modern accounting systems (NetSuite is a big bonus) • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables Benefits • Medical, dental and vision insurance • 401(k) with employer match up to 4% • Unlimited Paid Time Off Company Overview • Ladders is the home for $100K+ careers It was founded in 2003, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
