Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of 10-20 clients to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their financial records. Your key tasks will include:
? Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
? Reviewing and categorizing financial transactions
? Identifying and rectifying discrepancies in client records
? Managing bill payments, loan tracking, and invoicing
? Filing 1099s and calculating sales tax
? Processing payroll filings and reporting
? Maintaining comprehensive financial transaction records
? Submitting daily reports to your supervisor
? Accurately tracking time spent on each client's work
? Utilizing internal software to document client interactions
? Performing additional bookkeeping and accounting tasks as necessary
Required Skills

? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (mandatory)

Qualifications
