Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Apple India. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Delhi, IN. As a Remote Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and assisting them with any account-related inquiries or issues.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer account issues, such as billing discrepancies, login problems, and account security concerns
- Providing technical support for account-related questions, such as resetting passwords or troubleshooting login issues
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Documenting all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
Requirements:
