Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support customer accounts through various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the account management team to identify opportunities for customer retention and account growth.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns for account improvement.
Contribute to the development and implementation of account support strategies and initiatives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Handle administrative tasks, including report preparation, database updates, and paperwork processing.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred.
