[Remote] Account Manager (Full-Time)

The Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction by acting as a liaison, managing client relationships, and executing social strategies while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.ResponsibilitiesAct as the liaison between clients and the STN team focusing on effective communication, fielding requests and partnering with other STN teams to fulfill the clientsâ needs and hit their goalsHave a deep understanding of the clientsâ social landscape and brand guidelinesAct as the client representation with the STN internal teamsDevelop and review work orders and route creative through the internal and client review processConsolidate and interpret client feedback for the creative teamEnsure all STN deliverables ladder up to client objectives and expectationsMaintain client-facing deliverables and internal docs including but not limited to call decks, budget trackers, chart notes and ideation docsSupport client renewal efforts, driving towards our 85%+ client retention targetsIdentify expansion opportunities to grow existing client relationshipsDevelop project timelines with Project Managers to guarantee client deadlines are metTask management and prioritization of client requests to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest qualityLook for opportunities to work more efficiently as a team and offer suggestions to the Account Supervisor as neededKeep up to date on social best practices, creative trends, etcOffer creative solutions to our clients based on industry best practices and their business goalsSkills1-3 years relevant experience as an Account Manager or comparable role at an agencyHas served as a trusted contact and resource for clientsImmaculate attention to detailExperienced in a creative, marketing or social-first agency with a history of managing major client accounts over multiple yearsProven track record of successfully managing and growing client accountsAdept communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsSkilled in the creative process and ability to provide creative direction and feedbackAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong presentation skillsAdept understanding of current social media features, trends, and best practicesThrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments and genuinely enjoys being in the room with clientsSports and entertainment knowledge preferredBenefitsUnlimited PTO, plus your birthday off401(k) with company match up to 4%Medical insurance, with STN covering 70% of the base planDental and vision coverage available12 weeks of paid parental leavePaid sick leave and 9 paid company holidaysWellness perks including a complimentary gym membership (24 Hour Fitness or ClassPass)Paid 1-hour mental health break each weekApple laptop and iPhone provided for workEmployee Assistance Program for confidential personal and professional supportCompany Overview#1 Social First Marketing Agency in Sports & Entertainment.
