We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Account Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As an outside sales professional, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, manage your own schedule, and earn a competitive salary with uncapped commission potential. Key Highlights:
Competitive salary: $65K-$70K (Year 1) + $6,300/yr car allowance + annual bonus
Uncapped commission potential (Year 2+)

Job Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and grow the Central Florida territory through strategic planning and customer relationships
Schedule and plan weekly customer meetings to identify new business opportunities and build relationships
Conduct sales demonstrations and maintain a high level of product knowledge to drive sales growth
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure mutual growth and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of sales experience
Strong ability to learn manufacturing processes and leverage resources
Technical skills: comfortable learning new software and proficient in computer applications
Ability to spend 4 days per week in the field for customer visits (home every night)
Ability to spend the first week at the corporate office for training and participate in ride-a-longs during weeks 2-4
