Duties
• Insurance verification & authorization management
• Submission of claims and follow-up on denials
• Tracking accounts receivable (AR)
• Scheduling coordination for RBTs and BCBAs
• Maintaining compliance documentation
• Communicating with families and insurance representatives
• Weekly operations and billing reports
Requirements
• Prior experience in an ABA company (required)
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid & commercial insurance billing
• Experience with ABA platforms (P360, CentralReach, Rethink, or similar)
• Understanding of eligibility vs authorization processes
• Strong organization & communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
