REMOTE $19/hr. Experienced Prior Auth & Medical Claims Specialist-UTAH

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process medical claims via electronic fax efficiently
- Assist patients with medical inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
- Conduct medical benefits investigations to determine coverage
- Perform data entry while gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical benefits/Prior Authorization
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and effectively use dual monitors
- Positive work attitude and willingness to assist others
- Must reside in the state of Utah to be considered
