Responsibilities Quote and sell auto, home, and commercial insurance products to potential clients Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies Skills Must reside in Colorado at the time of application Possess a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance license at the time of application Have 1-3 years of Insurance Sales Experience Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Company Overview Brightway Insurance has re-invented the way people shop for insurance.
