Remarketing Associate (Auctions)

Responsible for Lendbuzz's vehicle remarketing processes with auction partners that support the overall corporate goals of maximizing proceeds, reducing inventory turn time, and residual value loss mitigation. This includes, but is not limited to, inventory and transportation oversight, inspection process oversight, and pre-sale prep and post-sale reporting. This role is fully remote. This role reports to our Director of Remarketing. Key Responsibilities: Review auction condition reports and assess vehicle damage to determine whether an insurance claim is required Provide auction with approvals/denials for vehicle reconditioning in preparation to sell Maintain oversight of inventory and perform necessary follow-up on titles as needed Review accounts and update statuses in system of record based on the lifecycle of the loan Foster and maintain relationships with key auction personnel regarding inventory, titles, and sales activity Partner with internal teams to reduce inventory life cycle Key Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a remarketing related role at an auto lender required Additional experience in an automotive dealership environment or wholesaler is a plus Outstanding and confident oral and written communication skills Commitment to excellence Strong organizational skills Must possess strong time management and problem solving skills Additional Information We believe: Diversity is a competitive advantage.
