Lead Release Manager - Digital Transformation & Modernization Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote) Duration: Long Term Visa: GCEAD & USCRequired Experience:5+ years of experience in strategic release planning and execution in an Agile/SAFe environment.Proven experience supporting IT change management, release execution, and quality assurance.Experience working with large, complex project portfolios and managing shifting priorities.Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement in team environments.Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools for enhancing visibility and orchestration of release management processes is a plus.Strong experience with stakeholder communication, including working with senior management and external partners.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of release management, change control, and deployment processes.Ability to manage release readiness activities, including test planning and coordination of test environments.Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation planning, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.Experience monitoring software performance post-deployment and resolving issues in collaboration with support teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum practices.Ability to articulate a modernization vision for release management and troubleshoot complex problems with a solution-oriented mindset.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a healthcare or regulated industry.Familiarity with enterprise PMO practices and tools.Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple concurrent priorities.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
