Relationship Coordinator (Training Provided)
About the Role
You’ll engage business owners in conversations about their merchant systems and operational needs, helping uncover opportunities for improvement. By keeping communication organized and proactive, you’ll help move each opportunity from initial discussion to completed onboarding.

• Generate new business conversations with merchants focused on improving their payment infrastructure
• Learn how businesses operate and what matters most to them
• Ask thoughtful questions to guide discussions
• Share relevant information in a calm, approachable way
• Manage follow-ups and next steps
• Keep accurate records of conversations and outcomes
• Collaborate with your team to stay aligned
