We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory and Risk Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on managing, analyzing, visualizing, and monitoring regulatory and risk data to ensure compliance and support data-driven decisions related to Tier 1 regulations and certain aspects of the CBNA GAU. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional Excel and Tableau skills, a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, and proven experience in data analysis and business analysis. Data management: Maintenance of Tier 1 Regulation mapping : Ongoing monitoring of MCA to confirm that common controls owned remain appropriately adopted; and that all controls relied upon for Tier 1 regulations aligned to CBNA Head Office, are mapped to the appropriate obligations and that controls no longer relied upon are removed. Maintenance of the training audience for training owned : Maintain the training audience for Tier 1 Regulations owned by CBNA Head Office. Maintenance of Reference Control Operations changes : Support the CBNA Tier 1 team with the maintenance of Reference Control Operation statements to effect changes to them for any reason (e.g. due to regulatory change or due to BAU change) Maintenance of list of partners : Maintenance of the list of Regulation Champions and delegates to ensure that it is up-to-date and flag any gaps for actioning. Monitoring : Monitor Regulation-aligned metrics for Tier 1 regulations: Monitor for changes in CBNA Tier 1 regulation level metrics for Tier 1 regulations aligned to CBNA Head office Monitor Regulatory Change and other GAU metrics for the CBNA GAU : Monitor and address any performance metrics not met for the GAU e.g. Regulatory change. Monitor for changes in heatmaps for CSI : Monitor and interrogate any changes to heatmaps for the Confidential Supervisory Information regulation Monitoring for OCC Heightened Standard: Supporting the monitoring for compliance with OCC Heightened Standards and the preparation of powerpoints in support of this monitoring including for senior and Board-level meetings. Data visualization: Prepare visualizations of all tracked data : Prepare visualizations of all data managed and monitored in support of governance of the Tier 1 regulations aligned to CBNA Head office and certain aspects of the CBNA GAU. Controls Operation of controls: Operate locate controls for Tier 1 regulations including those arising from DLP monitoring, operate data controls for any systems owned. Qualifications/Experience Exceptional excel, Tableau and data visualization skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proven experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on regulatory data.
