Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements for AI, Cyber, Cloud, and Data technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products and services meet all relevant regulatory requirements. Create and maintain project plans to ensure timely and accurate completion of regulatory compliance tasks. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential compliance issues. Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate regularly with regulatory bodies to stay updated on any changes or new requirements. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations. Provide training and support to team members on regulatory compliance and best practices. Monitor industry trends and developments in emerging technologies to ensure compliance with evolving regulations. Prepare and submit reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed. Stay informed on industry best practices and proactively make recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitor and manage any external audits related to regulatory compliance. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to ensure alignment on compliance strategies. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all compliance-related activities. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on regulatory updates and network with other professionals.
